INVOICE & PAYMENT POLICY
1. Display invoice before payment
Homemark is committed to transparency in payment. Before customers make a transaction, the system will display a detailed invoice, including:
Product/service price
Shipping fee (if any)
VAT (if any)
Other costs (if any)
Total amount to be paid
Customers can review the invoice and adjust information if necessary before confirming payment.
2. Payment methods
Homemark supports many flexible payment methods, including:
Payment via VNPAY: Supports payment by QR code, linked banking applications.
Payment by VISA/MasterCard/JCB card: For customers using international credit or debit cards.
Payment on delivery (COD): Customers pay directly to the delivery staff upon receiving the product.
Payment via MOMO/ZaloPay e-wallet: Fast and convenient via e-wallet application.
Bank transfer: According to Homemark's account information (displayed during the ordering process).
Note:
For COD payment method, customers please check the goods before payment.
For online payment (VNPAY, VISA card, MOMO, ...), orders will only be processed after the system confirms a successful transaction.
3. Provide invoice after payment
After the customer completes the transaction, Homemark will provide the invoice in the following forms:
Electronic invoice: Sent via the registered email when ordering.
Download invoice: Customers can log in to their account on the website to download the payment invoice.
4. Information on the invoice
The invoice will include the following information:
Name of the sales unit: Homemark Company Limited
Tax code: [Enter the company tax code if any]
Address: [Enter the company address]
Phone number: [Support hotline number]
Support email: [Customer care email]
List of purchased products/services
Payment method (VNPAY, VISA, COD, MOMO,...)
Transaction code & payment time
5. Invoice adjustment policy
If customers need to edit information on the invoice (company name, tax code, address), please contact Homemark within 24 hours of receiving the invoice.
Homemark does not support issuing invoices for orders completed more than 7 days.
