INVOICE & PAYMENT POLICY – HOMEMARK WEBSITE
1. Scope of application
This policy only applies to orders placed on Homemark's official website: https://homemark.com.vn/
Our goal is to ensure a transparent, convenient and absolutely safe payment process for customers.

2. Invoice policy
Each order successfully confirmed on the website will be accompanied by an electronic sales invoice.

Invoices are automatically sent via email or Zalo message that the customer provided when placing the order.

In case the customer needs a VAT invoice, please provide:

Company name

Tax code

Address
→ send to email: Homemarkvn@gmail.com within 24 hours after placing the order.

Homemark will issue an electronic invoice within 3 - 5 working days from the date the order is successfully delivered.

3. Payment method
When you have finished selecting the product and clicked “Buy”, the customer will be able to choose one of the following two payment methods:

💵 3.1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Step 1:
Select “Cash on Delivery (COD)” on the payment page.

Step 2:
The delivery staff of the shipping partner will deliver the goods to your door.
Customers check the product (model, quantity, condition) before paying.

Step 3:
Pay cash directly to the delivery staff according to the amount displayed on the order.

✅ Advantages:

Easy payment, no bank account required.

Check the goods before paying.

💡 Note:

Please prepare the correct amount to pay to avoid differences.

Homemark does not support changing payment methods after the order has been successfully confirmed.

💳 3.2. Payment via QR code (VNPAY – Homemark VN 01)
Step 1:
Select “Payment via QR code: QRCODE” on the payment page.

Step 2:
Immediately after selecting, the payment QR code will be displayed directly on the screen with:

Total amount to be paid

Name of point of sale: HOMEMARK VN 01

Payment processing unit: VNPAY

Step 3:
Open the banking application on the phone → select the function “Scan QR code”.
Then, scan the QR code displayed on the Homemark website.

Step 4:
The banking system will automatically display:

Amount to be transferred (no editing)

Name of point of sale: HOMEMARK VN 01 (VNPAY)

Customer confirms payment.

Step 5:
After successful payment, the system will automatically confirm the order and send a notification via email or Zalo within 5-10 minutes.

✅ Advantages:

Fast and secure payment, no need to enter account information.

Absolutely secured by the VNPAY system - a reputable payment partner in Vietnam.

💡 Note:

Please do not exit the browser while the transaction is being processed.

Homemark only confirms the order when the VNPAY system notifies that the full amount has been received.

4. General notes
Homemark does not charge any additional fees other than the value displayed on the website

All payment information is encrypted and secured according to VNPAY's PCI DSS standards.

In case of transaction error or wrong payment, Homemark will refund within 3-5 working days after verification.
