SHIPPING POLICY
1. Shipping Unit
Homemark cooperates with reputable shipping units to ensure goods are delivered quickly and safely, including:

Viettel Post – Nationwide coverage, fast delivery to even remote areas.

Giao Hang Nhanh (GHN) – High-speed delivery service, supporting many shipping options.
2. Delivery Area
Homemark supports nationwide delivery, including major cities, rural areas and remote areas.
Some areas may be limited due to shipping conditions or shipping unit policies.

3. Delivery time
Delivery time will depend on the delivery address and delivery method chosen by the customer:

Inner city (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, ...): 1 - 3 working days.
Suburbs and neighboring provinces: 2 - 5 working days.
Remote areas, island districts: 5 - 7 working days.
Note:

Delivery time does not include Sundays and holidays.
In case of bad weather, epidemics, natural disasters or unexpected incidents, delivery time may be affected. Homemark will notify customers if there is a delay.
4. Shipping fee
Shipping fee will be automatically calculated when customers place an order on the website, based on:

Delivery address.
Product weight and size.
Shipping unit (Viettel Post or Giao Hang Nhanh).
Shipping Offer:

Free shipping for orders over 500,000 VND

5. Check & Receive Goods
Customers please check the goods carefully upon receipt. If you find any damage, errors or incorrect products, please contact Homemark immediately for support in returning or exchanging.

If the customer chooses to pay on delivery (COD), please pay in full before opening the product.

6. Unsuccessful Delivery
If the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer or failure to receive the goods, the order will be returned to Homemark.
Homemark will contact you to arrange re-delivery. If the re-delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be canceled and no shipping fee will be refunded.
