SHIPPING POLICY
1. Delivery scope
Homemark provides nationwide delivery services through reputable shipping partners such as Fast Delivery, Economical Delivery, Viettel Post, Shopee Express...
We are committed to delivering to the address you registered when placing your order.

2. Delivery time
Inner city area (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City): 1 - 2 working days.

Suburban areas and neighboring provinces: 2 - 4 working days.

Mountainous and island areas: 5 - 7 working days.

⏰ Note: Delivery time may change due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or objective reasons from the shipping unit. In case of delay, Homemark will proactively notify and support you to track your order.

3. In case of delivery delay
In some cases of force majeure, delivery may be delayed. Homemark commits to take the following steps:

Timely notification:
As soon as a delay occurs, Homemark will clearly notify the cause and expected delivery time to the customer via phone, text message or email.

Customer rights:
After receiving the notification, the customer has the right to:

Continue waiting for the order, or

Cancel the order and get a refund (if prepaid).

Homemark's responsibility:
Homemark is responsible for monitoring and coordinating with the shipping unit to ensure the order is delivered as soon as possible.

If the delay is caused by Homemark or the shipping partner, we will support the customer according to the appropriate compensation policy.

Force majeure:
If the delivery is delayed due to force majeure such as natural disasters, epidemics, fires, accidents, or requests from authorities, etc., Homemark will be exempted from compensation, but must still notify and prove the specific cause to the customer.

4. Shipping fee
Free shipping for orders that meet the minimum value according to each promotion program.

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, the shipping fee will be calculated according to the shipping unit's fee schedule, clearly displayed before you confirm payment.

5. Responsibility for goods
Homemark is fully responsible for the condition of the goods until they are successfully delivered to you.

Upon receiving the goods, please carefully check the product, packaging, label, and seal. If you detect signs of damage, opening, or incorrect products, please refuse to receive the goods and immediately contact our Customer Service Hotline for timely handling.

6. Failed delivery
Orders may fail in the following cases:

Customers provide incorrect or difficult-to-contact addresses.

Customers refuse to receive goods for unknown reasons.

There is no recipient at the address during the delivery time.

In the above cases, Homemark will contact you to confirm and arrange re-delivery up to 2 times before canceling the order.

7. Order tracking
After the order is sent, Homemark will provide a waybill number so that you can track the delivery status directly on the website or application of the shipping partner.
