RETURN POLICY - REFUND - WARRANTY
Purpose and commitment
Homemark is committed to providing customers with high quality, safe and accurate products.
If the product received is not as expected or has a manufacturer defect, you can completely exchange, return or request a warranty according to the policy below.
2. Return & refund policy
2.1. Conditions of application
Customers are entitled to return - refund in the following cases:
The product has a technical defect, is torn, dirty or has a strange smell when received.
The product is delivered with the wrong model, size, color or quantity.
The goods are damaged during transportation.
The product has intact stamps, labels, original packaging and has not been used or washed.
🕒 Request period: Within 7 days from the date of receipt of goods (according to the time confirmed by the shipping unit).
2.2. Cases that are not eligible for exchange/return
Products that have been used, washed, bleached, or are dirty/damaged due to user error.
Missing invoice, delivery note, or image proving product defect.
2.3. Return process

and send images/videos describing the product condition.
Homemark will confirm the information within 24–48 hours and guide the return process.
After receiving the goods, Homemark will check the condition and perform:
Exchange for a new product of the same type, or
Refund 100% if the product is no longer available.
2.4. Refund method and time
Money is refunded via the bank account or e-wallet that the customer used when paying.
Refund processing time: 3 – 7 working days from the date of confirmation of receipt of returned goods.
2.5. Shipping fee
Homemark shall bear all two-way shipping costs if the error is due to the manufacturer or shipping.
If the customer wants to exchange the product due to a change in preference/size/color, the customer shall pay the two-way shipping cost.
3. Warranty policy
3.1. Warranty period
6-month warranty.
3.2. Warranty conditions
The product still has Homemark stamps and labels, is not torn, not burned, not moldy due to improper storage.
Errors arising from product quality: loose threads, abnormal core collapse, sewing errors, zipper errors...
Have a purchase invoice or electronic order code on the e-commerce platform or website Homemark.vn.
3.3. Warranty time & form
Homemark receives and processes warranty within 7–10 working days.
Depending on the product condition, Homemark will:
Repair/fix the error for free, or
Replace the product with an equivalent one if the error cannot be fixed.
