Warranty, Return and Refund Policy
1. Warranty Policy
Warranty Period: All Homemark products are warranted for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Warranty Conditions:
The product is still under warranty.
Technical errors caused by the manufacturer.
The product shows no signs of third-party repair intervention.
2. Return Policy
Conditions:
The product must have intact tags and labels and have not been used.
Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt.
Products are defective due to manufacturer or damaged during shipping.
Return process:
Contact Homemark's customer service department via hotline or email to notify about the product problem.
Send the product with the purchase invoice to Homemark's address.
After receiving and checking the product, Homemark will proceed to exchange for a new product or refund according to the customer's request.
3. Refund Policy
Applicable cases:
The product is out of stock for exchange.
The customer does not want to exchange for another product.
Refund method:
Bank transfer according to the customer's information.
Refund time within 7 working days from the date of confirmation by Homemark.
